Before you get in touch

• Returning something? It’s quickest in the returns portal – you only need the order number and the email address you used for your purchase. The terms are in terms and conditions.
• Is it about an order? Have your order number ready. It’s in the order confirmation we emailed when you ordered.
• Wrong or damaged item? Attach a photo directly in the email, so we can skip a round of back and forth.
• Waiting for a release? Watch the product in the shop and we’ll email you when it can be ordered.
