Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you buy from Bangerpack at bangerpack.com as a consumer. They are based on Swedish law and the EU's consumer rules. They never limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, whether in Sweden or in the EU country where you live.

Prices and VAT
Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery charges are added at checkout before you pay, so you always see the total price before you place your order.
Product images, formats and errors
We describe each product as carefully as we can. Format, edition, year and language are stated in the product text. Images are illustrations and may differ slightly from the item you receive, for example because of your screen or the lighting. If a price or a detail is obviously wrong because of a typing error, a technical error or incorrect information from a supplier, we may correct it and decline to complete an order placed at the wrong price. If that happens, we contact you first and refund anything you have paid.
How the purchase works
You add items to the cart and go to the checkout. There you choose your country, enter your details, choose a delivery method and a payment method, and see the total price. Until you place the order you can go back and change the cart and your details.
Right after you place your order we send you an order confirmation by email. It confirms that we have received your order and contains its details. When we ship your order, we send you a shipping confirmation by email with these terms and the information on your right of withdrawal. It is not yet our acceptance: the contract between us is concluded when we ship your order, which we confirm by email. Until then we may decline an order, for example if the item has sold out, if there is an obvious price or stock error, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you without delay.
The contract can be concluded in any of the languages in which this shop is offered, and it is concluded in the language in which you place your order. We keep a record of your order, and the order confirmation we email you contains its details. You can save or print these terms from this page.
Purchases for private use and purchase limits
Our range is sold for private use and collecting. For releases in high demand and limited editions we may set a limit on how many copies one customer or household may buy, so that more people get a chance. We may therefore adjust, split or cancel an order that exceeds such a limit, that is obviously placed for resale, or that uses automated purchasing or several accounts or addresses to get around a limit. This can also happen after we have confirmed receipt of the order, until we ship it. We will tell you, and we refund without delay what you paid for the items we do not deliver.
Payment
The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout, before you pay. The options may also depend on the amount and your device. The payment itself is handled by our payment service provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
Discount codes and promotions
A discount code is entered at checkout and is valid while the promotion runs. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, codes cannot be combined with each other, and they do not apply to items that are already reduced. A discount code cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be added afterwards to an order that has already been placed. If a code is misused, or used in a way it was not intended for, we may block it and adjust the order accordingly.
Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden, to the countries you can choose at checkout. The delivery methods, delivery charges and delivery time for your country are shown at checkout before you pay; delivery normally takes 3–11 working days, depending on the country. Unless a different delivery time is given for your order, we deliver without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of the contract being concluded.
For larger or more valuable shipments we may choose a more secure delivery method than the one you chose, at no extra cost to you. If an item is delayed or sold out, we contact you, and you can choose between waiting and cancelling with a full refund.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you and other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of them. If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us, ideally before you open it, and send a photo of the damage.
If you do not collect your parcel
If you do not collect your parcel within the time the pickup point keeps it, or if it cannot be delivered, for example because of a wrong address, it is returned to us. Not collecting a parcel is not the same as withdrawing from the contract: to withdraw, you need to tell us, as described under Right of withdrawal. When a parcel comes back to us, we contact you and agree whether we send it again, at a new delivery charge, or whether you withdraw from the contract. If you have changed your mind, it is easiest to accept the parcel and use your right of withdrawal or our 30-day returns, or to tell us before the collection period ends.
Upcoming releases
Products marked "Coming soon" are releases that have not arrived yet. They can only be ordered once the item is in stock with us. Until then you can choose "Notify me" and get an email when it is released. The price shown for an upcoming release is provisional and may go up or down until the product can be ordered; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Release dates come from the manufacturer and may be changed by them.
Returns: two separate rights
You can return items in two ways, each with its own time limit. The right of withdrawal gives you 14 days under the law. Our 30-day returns are a voluntary promise on top of that. Both are described below.
Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (White Tree AB, Örtagårdsgatan 24, 254 50 Helsingborg, Sweden, phone +46 76 686 03 32, email [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at bangerpack.com/returns (the link "Withdraw from the contract here" at the bottom of every page of the shop). If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Model withdrawal form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)
- To White Tree AB (Bangerpack), Örtagårdsgatan 24, 254 50 Helsingborg, Sweden, [email protected]:
- I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the provision of the following service (*),
- Ordered on (*)/received on (*),
- Name of consumer(s),
- Address of consumer(s),
- Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),
- Date
(*) Delete as appropriate.
It helps us if you also give your order number, but your withdrawal is valid without it.
30-day returns
On top of the right of withdrawal, we promise 30-day returns. You can return an item within 30 days of the day you receive it, and we refund what you paid for the item without undue delay once we have it back.
- The item must be unused and in unchanged condition. Sealed products must be unopened, with the seal intact.
- Loose booster packs are not covered by the 30-day returns.
- You pay the cost of sending the item back.
- Use the returns portal at bangerpack.com/returns, or email us with your order number, within the 30 days.
The promise is given by White Tree AB, Örtagårdsgatan 24, 254 50 Helsingborg, Sweden, and covers items bought at bangerpack.com. It is voluntary and comes in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not limit. During the first 14 days you also have the right of withdrawal on the terms described above, which include a refund of the standard delivery cost. If an item is faulty, you have your rights under the law free of charge, whatever this promise says (see Complaints about faulty items).
Sealed products and loose booster packs
The value of boosters, displays and other sealed trading card products lies in the unbroken seal. You may examine an item in the way you could in a shop, and that does not include opening it. If you break the seal, open a pack or take out the contents, the handling of the item has gone beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If you then withdraw from the contract, you are liable for the loss of value, and for an opened trading card product that loss can be as much as its full price. So always send sealed products back unopened.
Loose booster packs have the same right of withdrawal as other items, and the rule above applies to them too: a pack that has been opened, or shows signs of having been opened and resealed, has lost its value. Loose booster packs are not covered by our 30-day returns. Every loose pack you buy from us has been taken from a sealed original box and has not passed through anyone else's hands.
How to send an item back
Register the return in the returns portal or email us first, so that we can match the parcel to your order. In the returns portal you enter your order number and the email address you used for the purchase, select the items and confirm. Send the items to us at White Tree AB, Örtagårdsgatan 24, 254 50 Helsingborg, Sweden, and pack sealed products so that the seal is not damaged on the way. When you withdraw or use the 30-day returns, you pay the cost of the return shipping. If an item is faulty, we pay it.
Keep the receipt or tracking number for your parcel: it shows that you sent the goods back in time. We recommend a tracked service, since an untracked parcel is hard to trace if it goes missing.
Complaints about faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the rights of a buyer under the law (the legal guarantee of conformity), free of charge. Under Swedish law we are responsible for faults that existed at delivery and appear within three years of delivery, and a fault that appears within two years is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise. In every EU country you have at least two years. If the law of the country where you live gives you more, you keep that.
Contact us as soon as you notice the fault, preferably with a photo that shows it. Under Swedish law, a complaint made within two months of noticing the fault is always in time. You are entitled to have the item replaced or repaired and, if that is not possible or does not happen within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a refund. We pay the return shipping for faulty items.
Our liability
We are responsible for our obligations under these terms and under the law. We never promise which cards a sealed product contains: chance is part of the product, and a pack without the card you hoped for is not a faulty pack. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
When we cannot deliver
In events beyond our control, such as supplier failure, transport disruption or other force majeure, a delivery may be delayed or not take place. We contact you and refund what you paid for an item we cannot deliver.
Your personal data
We use the details you give when you buy to handle your order, delivery, payment and any return. How we process them, how long they are kept and what rights you have is set out in our privacy policy.
When we update the terms
We may change these terms, for example when our procedures or the rules change. The latest version is always on this page. For an order you have already placed, the terms that were here when you placed it apply.
Applicable law, disputes and supervision
These terms and your purchase are governed by Swedish law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the mandatory consumer law of that country gives you (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation), and you can bring a claim before the courts of the country where you live.
If you are not satisfied, contact us first and we will try to find a solution together. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge with a dispute with a company in another EU country, see the European Consumer Centres Network.
As a company established in Sweden, we are supervised in consumer matters by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
