An Elite Series card binder from Ultra Pro with Gengar and an official Pokémon licence. The cover is padded leatherette with foil embossing, and the binder closes with a zip.

Twenty pages with nine side-loading pockets per side hold up to 360 cards in Deck Protector sleeves. The black backing of the pages has low friction and gives the cards a frame, and the material is acid-free and PVC-free. Each page has nine pockets on each side, making eighteen cards per page.

The difference from a regular PRO-Binder is the zip and the padded cover. Elite Series with Charizard is the same binder with a different design, and Eclipse has black pages but an elastic strap.

Works well for Gengar collectors and for you if you want a card binder you can carry with the cards staying in place. The pockets are made for standard-size cards, such as Pokémon cards.
