Size: standard. Penny sleeve (soft sleeve) for standard-size cards, 63.5 × 88.9 mm, such as Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana, One Piece, Riftbound and sports cards.
A hundred Penny Sleeves from Ultra Pro, the clear soft sleeves the manufacturer calls the original. They fit standard-size cards of 63.5 × 88.9 mm up to 35pt and are top-loading.
The penny sleeve is the layer closest to the card. It protects against dust, dirt and grease from your hands and reduces scratches when the cards are sorted or displayed. The material is PVC-free polypropylene, acid-free and archival safe, and Ultra Pro states a thickness of 45 microns.
The penny sleeve is the thinnest in Ultra Pro's range. PRO-Matte and PRO-Gloss are deck protectors with a 90-micron front and a 120-micron back, made to be shuffled, which a penny sleeve cannot handle. The card in its penny sleeve then goes into a toploader or a card saver.
