Pokémon Pitch Black – Booster Display

Booster display from Pokémon Mega Evolution—Pitch Black (ME05), English edition released on 17 July 2026.

Pitch Black is the fifth expansion in the Mega Evolution era and is based on the Mega Dimension expansion for Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The set is led by Mega Darkrai ex and Mega Zeraora ex, and contains six new Mega Evolution Pokémon ex plus four Double Rare Pokémon ex on a checklist of 120 cards including secret rares.

The booster display is the largest sealed unit in the range: 36 packs, each with ten cards plus one basic energy card. It is the only unit that covers most of a 120-card checklist in one purchase, and it gives the lowest price per pack. Mega Evolution Pokémon ex have higher HP and stronger attacks than regular Pokémon ex, but the opponent takes three prize cards instead of two when one of them is knocked out – the whole era is built around that trade-off.

It is made for the draft group playing sealed and for anyone who wants to open a whole set in one go. Pitch Black is the era's latest expansion, so the set is still in active distribution. The contents of each pack are random and cannot be chosen. English edition with English text on both packaging and cards.
