Pokémon Ascended Heroes – Elite Trainer Box

Elite Trainer Box from Pokémon Mega Evolution—Ascended Heroes, English edition released on 30 January 2026.

Ascended Heroes is a special set rather than a main expansion: more than 290 cards, of which more than 30 are Trainer cards, and as many as 13 Mega Evolution Pokémon ex. The set is also where the English release introduced the Mega Attack Rare rarity, which seven of the cards carry. Unlike the main sets, Ascended Heroes is not sold in regular booster boxes but only in selected product formats.

The Elite Trainer Box format gathers the set's starter material in one box: booster packs, 65 card sleeves in the set's artwork, 40 Energy cards, dice and damage counters, card dividers and a storage box with a lid. Mega Evolution Pokémon ex have higher HP and harder-hitting attacks than regular Pokémon ex, but the opponent takes three Prize cards instead of two when they are knocked out: the whole era is built around that trade-off.

Best for anyone who is going to start playing the set: sleeves and Energy cards are exactly what you would otherwise buy separately. The contents of each pack are random and cannot be chosen. English edition with English text on both packaging and cards.
