A sealed hobby box. This is the channel where the manufacturer puts its autograph and parallel cards, unlike the retail formats. The hobby format is distributed only to specialist retailers and has a different card mix from retail.

E-X is the Skybox series Upper Deck releases for the 2026-27 NHL season. A hobby box holds 12 packs with 4 cards in each, and the hobby format is the only one released. It is tentatively released on 30 May 2027 in Europe; in the US the series is expected on 28 May 2027. Upper Deck only publishes its product page at release, so the contents may still change.

This is the English edition. The image shows the 2023-24 packaging, the most recent E-X edition, since Upper Deck has not yet shown the new one.
