Size: standard. Outer sleeve for standard-size cards, 63.5 × 88.9 mm, such as Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana, One Piece, Riftbound and sports cards.
A hundred Dragon Shield Outer Sleeves Matte in Clear, outer sleeves that slide over a card already in a standard-size sleeve. They are used when a deck is double or triple sleeved.
The outer sleeve adds an extra layer against dust, dirt and spills and protects the sleeve underneath. Dragon Shield points out that it extends the life of sleeves with a printed design, which can otherwise flake or crack at the edges. The back is matte and textured as in Dragon Shield Matte.
The order in a triple-sleeved deck is Perfect Fit innermost, a regular sleeve in the middle, with the Outer Sleeves outermost. Matte Clear is Dragon Shield's regular deck protector, not an outer sleeve.
The sleeves work well for players with art sleeves or valuable decks who want to protect their sleeves. Expect a triple-sleeved deck to need a larger deck box.
