Ultra Pro Premium Toploader 35pt 3x4 – 25-pack

Twenty-five Ultra Clear Premium Toploaders from Ultra Pro. They have the same outer dimensions as Regular, 3 × 4 inches, and take standard-size cards up to 35pt, but the plastic is thicker. Ultra Pro states 15 gauge PVC.

The plastic has additives meant to give both better protection and a clearer surface, so the pocket feels stiffer in the hand and the card shows more clearly than in a Regular. Ultra Pro recommends a soft sleeve inside, for example Penny Sleeves, so that the card's surface and corners do not rub against the hard plastic.

Premium is the middle level among Ultra Pro's toploaders. Regular is the basic level in super-clear PVC and the one you buy many of, and Platinum is the top level with a moulded frame without glue and Ultra Pro's best additives. All three have the same format and fit, so the choice is about how stiff and clear the pocket should be.

Premium works well for cards you put away, sell or take to trades, where a stiffer pocket is useful. The pocket does not seal tightly and has no protection against light, so a card that will be on display for a long time belongs in a One-Touch with UV protection.
