Hongbao Edition is new to Topps Chrome Formula 1 and appears for the first time with the 2026 edition. Hongbao is Topps' New Year edition, named after the red envelope given at Chinese New Year, and the box is designed accordingly.

The edition is built as a single-pack box: one pack of cards per box, with Hongbao parallels found only in this format. Topps has not published the full lineup for the Formula 1 version, so we do not list odds or print runs.

Topps' other Hongbao editions have had limited distribution and have mainly been aimed at the Asian market. How much supply there will be in Europe is not yet clear.

Chrome is Topps' trading card series for Formula 1. The cards are printed on glossy foiled card stock and the base cards return as coloured refractor parallels, several of them numbered.
